Vehicles with Limousine number plates are legally allowed to use Bus Lanes, Transit Lanes (even when not carrying the required number of people), the ability to stop in a Clearway to pick up or drop off passengers, access to the approved pick up/drop off area at venues and stadiums.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure you get the required vehicle. However due to availability, we might upgrade your vehicle at no extra cost. Booking less than 24 hours, we recommend you call us first.

Yes! All our prices are fixed and confirmed upfront before booking. All our prices include GST, Tolls and airport pick up fees. There are no hidden fees, no surge pricing and no extra charges for delays due to flights arriving late.

Absolutely! Subject to availability, we can change your pick up time. We simply ask that you please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pick up times are refunded in full. Cancellations less than 24 hours, means that you forfeit the entire fare.

We track all incoming flights, which is why we require your flight number at the time of booking. We will be at the airport ready to pick you up whenever your arrive, whether it is early or late.

Yes! We operate throughout South-East Queensland and beyond. Wherever you need to go, we’ll have you covered. We do however reserve the right to refuse any trip which extends too far out of South-East Queensland.

At the Domestic terminal, you have the option of meeting your driver in the Pre Booked lane (Limo lane) or by the baggage carousel. At the International terminal, we will meet you inside the terminal, after you have collected your luggage and cleared Customs.

The Brisbane International Cruise terminal have changed the pick up location. As of 2026, all operators must pick up and drop off in the General public area, which is right in front of the terminal.

We use a number of Sedans, SUVs and People Movers from a variety of manufacturers. Kia, Mitsubishi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Toyota to name a few.

It is imperative that you select the right vehicle at the time of booking. In Queensland it is illegal to have loose luggage in the cabin of a car as it is likely to become a projectile. If in doubt about which vehicle type to choose (Sedan, SUV or People Mover), we recommend selecting the larger size for safety.

Absolutely! Birth to 7 years of age, we provide child seats free of charge because we believe that safety comes standard.

Definitely! All our drivers are fully licenced, experienced, police checked and professionally trained. Our vehicles are registered and insured for passenger travel.

Yes! Your four legged friends are more than welcome to travel with you as long as they are in an approved pet carrier. We cannot accept pets outside of approved pet carriers.
